since i got the email from topaz CEO that “new TVAI is released!” my 4.1.2 version (latest owned and upgrade licenses owned) does not work. cannot get previews cannot export. if this is a way to force me to upgrade, then you are breaking the license agreedment since i should be able to use 4.1.2 untill end of times not untill you wish to.
cannot give you logs since i reinstalled and deleted everything. i can just give you my latest logs from my last try. only thing i changed i upgraded my laptop ram from 16 to 32 gbs. not sure if that may be an issue but should not be its a brand new software not like from 2012 that top ram was 4 gbs jeez.
