Are they DNGs? There is something non-standard about the DNG container that does that on some images. This is occasional in Topaz, and more common in another software product I’ve tried.
Yes dngs. It only happens when I use the stand alone - if I use it as a ps plug in it’s fine.

What type of files are you using? Example, what camera are you using to create these files?
I’m using a pixel 8 pro. I cannot batch. If I use as plug in for ps it works fine.
If I try and batch files shot with Nikon d810 in gigaplex ai it reduces exposure on half of them. Not sure why.
Currently the Google Pixel 8 is not supported by Topaz Photo AI
We use a software to read camera RAW files which needs to be updated with new camera models as they come out. Once LibRaw has support for this file we will also add it.
