Trying to Install Remark AI

I am trying to install Topaz Remask AI on a Mac. I’m getting the following message and can’t figure out why. I’ve permitted Topaz installs under preferences, security and privacy.

In the message it says that your preferences need to allow the installer. If you already have allowed the individual installer please raise a support request at the main website.
