Trial Mode having to re-activate each time I start Video AI

Version 6.1.3
1.) Always opening in Trial Mode
2.) Keeps requesting “Full Disc Access”. Has been given full disc access.
3.) Rebooted the system and still getting disc access error

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
