Hi Topaz Team
i have created an account and downloaded gigapixel but i cannot trail the product .. it keeps the payment window up continually , i can drag a photo into the window , but all the buttons are inoperable asides from a few in the top menu bar , please help

You’re posted under an old Topaz Gigapixel AI category although you seem to be asking about the new version Topaz Gigapixel (Studio)
Topaz Gigapixel (Studio) version:
To Trial the new Topaz Gigapixel, you first have pay upfront for the Subscription then, you have 48 Hours to try Topaz Gigapixel and if you don’t think it’s what you want then you can cancel your Subscription and receive a full Refund
However, if you fail to cancel within the 48 Hours you will receive a penalty payment or continue with your Subscription in light of that, I would suggest Cancelling within the first 24 Hours just tobe sure you’ll still get your 48 Hours Trial
Topaz Gigapixel Old version:
The old version of Topaz Gigapixel AI has now been Discontinued however, you can still Download it for a Thirty Day Trial you still won’t be able to purchase this version but, it will give you a good idea of how the Application works but please bear in mind this is a Discontinued version so, it won’t have many of the features of the new Topaz Gigapixel (Studio) version
