TPAI crashes as soon as it is launched from within Photoshop 15.12.0

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. File>Automate>Topaz Photo AI
  2. TPAI opens then crashes immediately before the analysis has even begun.
  3. Photoshop is unaffected and the image remains in PS unprocessed by TPAI
  4. TPAI opens fine as a stand-alone product but crashes as soon as an image is loaded just as it does in PS.
