Total crash/total nightmare

Video AI is a complete nightmare. The program completely crashes my Mac Pro 2019 over and over again. I have never experienced anything like this with a program before. Have uninstalled the program 3 times, reinstalled it and over and over completely freezes and crashes again my Mac Pro. Not worth the money. Total crap. Preview works fine, but as soon as I want to have a movie extrapolated not only the program crashes. My Mac Pro freezes completely. I even had to completely rebuild the system on my Mac two times because Video AI has completely destroyed my system. And not only since the last update. Hands off. It is incomprehensible to me that Topaz brings out something like this. Photo AI is great. But Video AI is the very last crap. 10 minutes of encoding and rebuilding the computer. And that for the money! Goodbye.

AMD Radeon Pro W5700X 16 GB
96 GB RAM

The hardware is not the problem. Support simply does not answer.
Maybe someone from Topaz reads this and can help me. I paid for this program. Newest version of Video AI and MacOS Ventura 13.5.1.

Hi @steinroeder I do not see any open Support tickets for you. I see that you commented on another thread and I asked you to reach out to Support.

We can also investigate here, however, the answers will not be as fast.

To start off I will need the following;

1. System profile
   How To Obtain Your System Profile (Mac)

2. Console crash report for FFmpeg

3. TVAI logs

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
