Steps to reproduce issue:
- Windows finally crashed when repeated attempts were made to open the app, when each time showing in Task Manager: “unfinished” openings.
- Rolled back Windows, then updated it.
- Uninstalled the App
- Reinstalled V 3.0.0 (took ~20 minutes)
- Open the app version successfully
- clicked ‘update app’ button and install update 3.1.3
- At finish of installation, click checkbox: [open the app]
- Process of opening starts but once again see this header grayed out: Topaz Photo AI (Not Responding) and Unfinished note in Task Manager
Computer is running Windows 11 Home, updated this week, Version 23H2,
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
Windows Chrome does not allow me to upload the DMP file (type)
