Topaz won't let me log in?

Hi. I haven’t used Topaz for a while. I’ve just opened it and selected “Activate”, as I have a lisence. When I do the option “Sign In With Browser” appears. I click on it and nothing. I’ve opened and closed the program several times and I always end up at this same spot, unable to access the program. Can anyone tell me what’s going on and how I get the program to open. Thanks.

I go to the main Topaz site and my address and password are accepted there no problem.

Can you pull the logs from the app and send to the support team so we can review what is going on? help@topazlabs.com

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Hi.

Folks at the help desk got right back to me. Turns out the problem was having Firefox as my default browser. Once I changed that to Safari the app oppened.

Thanks Kyle for the suggestion I contact them with log.
