Topaz video

Hi, on my Mac studio M1 Topaz video stand alone and After Effects plug in stopped working:
Error says:
Please contact support.

  • Collect the logs: Help > Logging > Get Logs For Support
  • Contact: Help > Get Support

Can you upload your logs here to this thread or send them to help@topazlabs.com for review? There will also be a few AE logs in the log folder that will not come in the zipped folder that the team will need as well.
