Every time I try to close Topaz Video (7.1.5), and the “Do you really want to quit?” popup comes on, no matter what, I cannot click the Quit button. I can click the Cancel button just fine, but I cannot quit the application conventionally. I have to use my Task Manager to close the app. Is there a solution to this bug?
Are you clicking the X in the top right corner to close, or going through the File>Exit option?
I am doing both and the problem still persists.
I discovered that if I open Topaz Video AI 7 and immediately try to quit without doing any tinkering, it will close as normal. It takes a while, say a few seconds, but the app will close.
It’s only after using the app that it doesn’t want to close. If I spam-click the Quit button over and over, I might get it to close after 10 seconds of doing that. However, sometimes, it just doesn’t close and I have to use Task Manager.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
