Topaz Video will not open video files

I have downloaded Topaz Video AI on a MAC Studio with Apple M1 Ultra chip. Operating system is Ventura 13.3.1. I cannot drag a file or import a file to Topaz. First time using it but it seems straight forward but does not work.

I removed the application. Deleted the Plist files. Emptied the trash. Restarted the computer. Reinstalled the software. I am still unable to open any files.

Thanks for sharing your log files. Could you try the same plist file reset steps with 3.2.7? Based on these logs the app still seems to be set to the incorrect data folder
