Logs are showing a metadata file incompatibility issue, this could be stemming from the additional data included from the camera on the file or the hybrid ProRes codec that it was using. We are looking into issues that we are seeing with various ProRes files that are resulting in similar errors at this time.
Are you able to remux the file into a traditional ProRes codec container and bring back into the Topaz Video app for processing?
