Topaz video upscaler is not working any more on mac

Hello,

  1. I used topaz on a daily basis. It was a bit slow at start-up, but nothing to worry about, and 20 seconds later it was working. Unfortunately, since today, nothing works, as soon as I start up, I get the little wheel spinning, and it’s impossible to make the slightest command.
  2. I’m on mac book pro : Apple M1 Pro
  3. impossible to get my log as it bugs

I’ve tried restarting, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, freeing up memory in my computer, but nothing has changed.
Can you help ?

Try clearing the Plist for the Video AI app and restarting the computer to see if that will allow the app to open long enough to get the logs.
