Topaz video quit unexpectedly

all day I have had issues with this app not processing then giving me a failed status, telling me to give a log report via permissions from my laptop, and now it keeps quitting unexpectedly. this has been a two hour issue and its wasting my time.

To investigate the error messages, we would need the logs from the app to review. Can you email those to the support team at help@topazlabs.com?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
