TOPAZ video NOT using the path set by the user

When you use ‘Export as’ instead of using THAT path, TOPAZ Video uses the folder set in Preferences → ‘Default Export’ instead, and ONLY when the render is finished then it moves the file to the path set in ‘Export as’…

This is NOT how this should to work.
