Topaz Video never finishes processing

  1. I started a cloud processing of a 2 min video. It uploaded the 13 chunks. After waiting over 2 hours it still says processing, even though it said it’d only take 12 minutes.

By the way, the uploading chunks speed relies on your internet for speed. The processing estimate is the time it should take once it has been uploaded and starts processing.
