Topaz Video keeps nagging about updates/studio when already installed

Hi,

Have videoAI maintenance up until next year, installed Studio (didn’t ask for a rental, thank you)

Even now it still nags me about installing studio, and latest updates to TVAI, which I’ve already installed.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it still tells me to update.

Any ideas?

Can you confirm if the nagging you’re getting is from TVAI v7.1.4 or Topaz Video v1? The nagging to upgrade to Studio is hard-coded into TVAI v7.1.4, and agreed it is really annoying (which is by design). You could go back to 7.1.3 or lower to get rid of that.

I haven’t got any “nagging” in Topaz Video v1, just a usual “update available” (to v1.0.1).

It’s 7.1.4, frankly they can shove it - I’ll just uninstall both.

This was updated in the release of 7.1.5 to remove the notification as it was supposed to go away after installing the new app.
