Every time I try to press the “Start Processing” button I get a poppup asking me to log in, but every time I put the correct login info a red bar appears saying “Email or password info don’t match or an unexpected error occurred.”.
Is there anything i can do to fix this? I’ve already tried changing passwords and still nothing has changed

Could you send us an email at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
