I’m using Iris to enhance 720p video on my Mac Studio Max.
I’m not changing the resolution, just running through Iris to improve quality slightly.
Usually the video takes approx 30 mins to enhance a 20 minute clip at 17fps but when I leave it running at night, I come back in the morning to find it’s taken 7 1/2 hours.
I’m guessing I’ve got a problem with settings either in Topaz or Ventura using some sort of power saving mode.
Can anyone help please?

Could you send us an email at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
For anyone else having this problem:
in Ventura - Settings, Display, Advanced, Prevent Automatic sleeping when display is off.
in Sonoma - Settings, Energy Saver, Prevent Automatic sleeping when display is off.
I think this will sort the problem out.
