Topaz Video Asking me to 'Renew your subscription'

Whenever I try to login into Topaz Video, it is asking me to renew the subscription, where as, I have already subscribed for Topaz Studio for Photo, Video and Gigapixel on a monthly subscription ₹20. Since I can’t go past this wall, I am unable to use this Topaz Video software.

I have solved the issue by logging out and logging in again. You can close this thread. Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for explaining my last question. Is there any way to x out or stop the renew subscription pop-up from popping up every time I want to use Topaz Video. For some reason i have to sign in just to use it each time, which has become irritating. When on previous versions i didnt have to. Is there anyway you can tell me what I might be doing wrong or as mentioned x the pop-up?

Hi Paul, the team is working on extending the time to 30 days instead of every 6 hours in a coming update!
