Hi @alex-5557 and @hudson53hornet, are you both getting an “unknown error” here?
Latest version is not working unknown error no matter what the video asset is used or settings used.
I’ll need to look through the app’s log files to see what exactly is causing the error:
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
