Topaz Video AI v4.0.4 immediately quits as soon as I drop in an AVI format video file or try and manually import it. It gives no error message and just quits. Other formats work fine.

Looks like it is the AVI file format issue as a MOV file has no issues.
Here are the AVI files I am trying:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1X8T5ti4AVKykb23Tl81zfAWPRLAiVhu-?usp=drive_link

I think it’s the video codec used - GEOX
Never heard of it until today and I’m 6 decades old :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Same happens here on current versions.

2.6.4 will open it without crshing but dispalys the video as a black screen.
