Topaz Video AI V3.1.1 Intel ARC AV1 Encoding and Decoding

I have been testing the Intel ARC A380 with topaz labs Video A.I. I see there are issues here with 4080 and 4090 cards and not being able to use more then 10% of the GPU. I have a 3090 system with a i9-11900k and I have a slightly same issue but I think I have resolved this issue with the testing I did on the A380( The A380 system is a i9-13900K).

I lowered the ram settings in Topaz Video AI to 25 percent and that has caused the A380 or the 3090 to use over 95% Utilization from the task manager stats. Both systems have 64GB DDR4 Ram and are using M.2 NVME PCIE 4.0, that being said when lowering the ram settings it all falls on your GPU and the rest may not matter as much when encoding or decoding at least my testing has proven this. Now to show what the AV1 encoder can do, it is by far more efficient in Topaz then Handbrake.
