no clue about stabilizing - not my thing but decided to reply about interpolation.
Maybe your case and video source works better with FlowFrames (1.39 personally) but for me and 3D render turntables, flowframe created bad results compare to Topaz Video - made comparison yesterday for my brother. Interesting is, don’t see to much difference on edge where new information need to be added by interpolation for chronos fast and chronos, apollo is little bit better, but whole rest of image lose quality and contrast to noticeable degree - if you pause video and compare.
