Topaz video ai stop encoding stop phenomenon

It shows up like this and doesn’t do anything for 20~30 minutes, then suddenly starts encoding. Does anyone know about this symptom?
It’s been a month since I’ve used it offline.
Topaz video ai version is 5.5.0.

Are you running the video through the CLI option or in the standard UI?
