Topaz Video AI not opening in Windows 11 when double-clicking icon

Since installing the most-recent update, double-clicking on the icon or clicking on Topaz Video AI.exe has no effect. The application just refuses to load. I have Windows 11 Home OS Build 22621.1702. Any ideas?

Good question to devs, but I see You have very small free RAM/VRAM. Can You add 8 GB RAM? If yes, do it.

It is likely that the app is crashing from a lack of free memory available on launch. Would it be possible to quit other apps that could be using a significant amount of RAM?
