Received an email regarding Video Ai Version 4 with CINEMA POWERS, Super Steady, etc. as advertised in their email. It’s on PRE-ORDER and to be available soon. I am hoping to have a free update on this since I just purchased Topaz Video Ai last Sept 23, 2023. 
to my understanding v4 is supposed to be released on October 17th
And all that when V3 isn´t stable yet…3.5.2 not cleaned of bugs…

Or better yet, working at all, for me the software has completely stopped working… This means i am losing money because i use this software for my business!!!

Could you send us an email at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
