Topaz Video AI gets wrong feed-in with interlaced videos tagged Frame rate 59.940 & Original frame rate 29.970

When MKVToolNix muxes Separated fields interlaced Blu-ray video, it will write the following in the metadata: Frame rate 59.940 (60000/1001) FPS & Original frame rate 29.970 (30000/1001) FPS.

Another type of interlaced Blu-ray video is scan type MBAFF, store method Interleaved fields. The metadata written by MKVToolNix contains Frame rate 29.970 (30000/1001) FPS & the Original frame rate 29.970 FPS.

When modern players play back both types of videos, the 30 frames input will be deinterlaced and output as 60 frames.

However, Topaz Video AI iris2/prob4 will treat the former Separated fields interlaced mkv files tagged 59.940 frame rate in matadata with wrong target bitrate. If I set the output video to 24Mb/s, the actual video generated after super-resolution enhancement is only 12Mb/s. That is, the actual target video bit rate is only half of the setting.
