Topaz Video AI Downloaded AI through a Facebook Ad, not showing on account

I just downloaded AI and a bunch of bonuses and another thing from Topaz for a great deal through Facebook. I installed the program and I followed up with the terminal instructions, it shows that there are updates but when I clicked on the updates, it wants to charge me 200 and some dollars and I just got the program when I logged into my account after I made it and shows no products.
