Topaz Video AI Beta updates not working on Windows 11

For about two months now (actually within days of renewing my Beta subscription!), I have been unable to run any of the Beta updates for Video AI. The final versions all run fine, but when I click on the Beta versions, nothing happens.
I’m unable to include any old files due to this (I forget where they are saved on my Windows 11 PC). I have also tried removing the final version of the software and reinstalling the Beta but still the same scenario?

DxDiag.txt (130.4 KB)

Does the beta version not load correctly or start up at all?

We have not had any other reports of this but I will mention it to the team to see what is going on and what they would require to investigate further.

After installing the software, when I click the icon to open, nothing happens at all. Maybe it has something to do with the Authorise pop-up that should also appear (but doesn’t) after I renewed?

Try running the Windows Troubleshooter to see if its an issue of the app being stuck from an install that did not complete.

Trobleshooter doesn’t find any problems.

Considering you are using canary pre release versions of Win 11 I’d suggest the problem may lay withing the operating system not Topaz.

I have just managed to install and run the very same beta on another PC with the very same Canary as this one, therefore the issue I have is elsewhere.

I should also mention that the latest Alpha version works.
