I have uninstalled the program and installed again and also in windows I saw a security alert regarding access to a protected folder, I granted access to topaz and then looks issue is resolved. so Was windows blocking the access to a folder the issue here.

It looks like the system was not reading the GPU for one of the launches of the app. Check to make sure the GPU is seated fully and being read correctly.

In the logs there is a file permission error, in that the app can not the output location or access it. Try resetting the file path as well for the output location.

Not related to the GPU, that was working fine in all other programs even Topaz photo, somehow was related to the blocking acces in the file system.
Now is working fine after reinstalling
Thanks.
