GPU-mode is not selectable. I have 2x 3080 Ti. Only one GPU is used. So I will not be updating.

TVAI 5.1 - 10fps
TVAI 4.2 - 15fps
whatās make this stranger is that in benchmark, TVAI 5.1 is actually running 20% faster than TVAI 4.2, however during actual export its roughly 30% slower.
TVAI 5.1 - artemis, iris, 18, 17 fps
TVAI 4.2 - artemis, iris - 15, 14 fps
taking an average from 10+ attempts

Isnāt it because Pascal GPUs does not support Tensor shaders ?
Looks like the UI may be broken. I queued 25 videos to be processed and while the processing is continuing to occur in the background, the UI is completely locked up and not showing the progress of each queued video (to include those that are complete). . .

I have no idea. But so far Iāve always been able to make full use of my 2 GPUs.
Going to stay in 5.0, that 5.1 sounds immature yet.

Hi, same problem here. Using TVAI Beta 5.1.0.3 the speed is about 40% slower than 5.0.4 on FHD and both the CPU cores and the GPU ones are almost quiet. MacOS Sonoma 14.5 MacStudio M1Max 10-24.
All the new features sound great, but they donāt help me because Iāve only had problems since 5.xx.
10 to 20% of my old sd videos are rarely imported like .vob files and even 1080p videos upscaled by me with topaz often break when upscaled to 4k with other models.
Overall I had extremely rare process crashes from v1.6 until v4.x.
With v5.x I suddenly have this with what feels like every 5th video
so I went back to 4.22
i have not changed my windows10pro system for more than a year.
still i9-13900k, rtx3090, 48 gb ddr5 ram.

I didnāt initially notice you were on Mac. I donāt know how the configuration of gpus works on macOS.

You can roll back by going to the releases page and downloading whichever previous version you would like to use and reinstalling it.
Absolute disaster for my work - a reminder never to just press the update button. This shouldnāt be sent out as an automatic update, this is a new version

Donāt know if itās allowed by the forum rules, but itās Videoproc 7 / Gen detail 2 / HQ mode / GOP 25
For all things Videoproc is far behind Topaz, but does also a nice job with denoising.
Too early user with Topaz to see how it performs with denoising
What lacks much for me is H265 configuration. We just canāt tune profil, level, quantizer, VBR aso

Iāve just upgraded and the yellow tinting is worse than ever
Iām re-installing 5.04
Also, I turned on Instant preview, and after a few seconds of clicking in different timelines, it got stuck processing and crashed Video AI. Granted that feature is beta, but that Yellowing, yuk!

With betas now public, it makes no sense at all to install every āreleaseā update. Stick with a version that works with adequate stability, run betas to try new changes and only update release versions of betas that have checked out stable enough to justify updating.
