Topaz Video AI 5.1.1 Not processing video

Updated to 5.1.1 on Mac mini Apple M2 Pro Ventura 13.4 a few minutes ago: Will not process videos in queue. Asking for upsize from DVD 720 to 1280 with ‘multiple videos selected’ (two videos). Rebooted system, no change.

Can you email us and open up a support ticket at help@topazlabs.com with your logs and full system profile?

Lets try clearing the Plist and see if that helps the app.

If not please open a ticket with the support team at help@topazlabs.com and send the updated logs to them.

Sorry, user error. I didn’t realize that I now had to select ‘Exports’ next to ‘Previews’ to view processing progress, which I believe used to display automatically.
