Interesting relative to the RTX 5090 posted above.
Especialy the 2x and 4x numbers.
Seems like the 5090 has only an advantage when the cache (96mb) is not filled.
Its like 1x numbers are Cache numbers.
But thats only speculation.
Slightly faster than the last build

Yea, but its always about what kind of workload / workflow you have.
5090 & 4090 are heavy lifters, when you watch at the big models.
Don’t get too excited. My test clip is 9 seconds long. The RX 9070 XT took 54 minutes to process it. The 3080 Ti took 11 minutes.
Also, it’s only Starlight Precise that works. Starlight Mini is still not an option for the RX 9070 XT.
Totally. Personally, I use Proteus the most, and have plans to use Gaia Animation, and the 9070 is awesome for those two, but not great at most of the others.
Also, that Proteus 4X speed on the 9070 seems suspiciously too good. Since I don’t ever use that scale, I have no idea if that’s close to reality.
Facepalm. Maybe not then. Wow. Great clarification and thank you. Blah
You’d think they’d asterisk by saying it works but it’s slow. But that doesn’t sell more subscriptions I suppose
New test after some system upgrades.
