Export time is over 4 hours!!!
Can you send the logs to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and we can take a look at what is going on.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

This did not work out
The only reason I purchased was for Topaz Video
Well I planned on re-doing a lot of family videos (24) appox 1 hour each
Turns out for a 1 min video takes 4 hours to render unless you use cloud
Turns out 1 hour on cloud Takes 1900 credits $$$$
1000 credits cost $158 US
I want to cancel and get refund
This is ridiculous
The processing times can be high if using some of the larger models, or if your system is below the System Requirements for Topaz Video.
If you can send me the logs I can take a look and see what options there are to help reduce that processing time. Sometimes if the app is trying to use the system RAM instead of the VRAM associated with your GPU card it can cause really long processing times.
