# Topaz Video 1.0.3 - Patch

1.0.4 also did not start.  
There is no other option, so I will send to the address you specify a collection of logs showing the process started successfully using 1.0.2, as well as the startup failure logs (not collected by the app) for 1.0.3 and 1.0.4.

Following instructions from support, I completely deleted TopazVideo and TopazVideoAI and performed a clean install, which allowed 1.0.4 to start up.
