I’m still using it to this day. Anything newer is a downgrade, sorry to say. ---

I have installers for 7.1.0 and 7.1.5. Do Topaz offer legacy installers if requested, for 7.0.2? ---

I keep seeing this in the forum but no proof to back up the claims other than 2x, 3x, 4x scale bug. People are saying the quality is better in 7.0.2 then Studio but nobody has provided any image comparison between the two versions of Starlight mini. ---

I have come to appreciate SLS after all, but as a second final step. I do SLM first (into V7.0.0.4b) 2x upscale (100% Vram usage), then SLS into “Video V1.3”. This model order works together and SLS gives final result without using a finisher. Two times SLM upscale also works and gives high detail level, but needs afterwards additional time consuming steps (Dehalo etc), I don’t do this anymore. ---

They are working on this issue as they can so that users can use the model again on Mac systems. ---

In my environment, after updating to 1.0.3, topaz video stopped starting. I haven’t changed the hardware configuration. Will this problem be resolved by the technical staff over time?1.0.2 works. I’ll post it again. My PC environment is Windows 11 Pro 64-bit(JPN) Ryzen 9 9950X 192GB DDR5-4800 RTX 4080 SUPER I personally think that the specs are sufficient for general video editing. ---

The app wont launch for you at all, or it is not starting a process when selected? Can you send the logs to the support team directly for review if the app will open. To gather logs, please select Help \> Logging \> Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your email and then send to [help@topazlabs.com](mailto:help@topazlabs.com) ---
