I am starting to use Topaz Video 1.0.2 / 2025 after using the old v5.x for some time. I wanted to create a preset and change some parameters. After creating the preset i can select this one and also do the changes, but there is no option to actually update the preset. The only way to change a preset is to create a new one and delete the old one at the moment. Anyone having any idea ?
Updating is no longer available. You will need to create a new preset and delete the previous one.
But why break an existing functionality and require the user to do such awkward workaround steps?
i also don’t understand this. It slows down the work massively, especially while in progress of testing several settings for a specific source video. In this situation you constantly change parameters and save the current preset. In addition to this, some user presets get optimized every once in a while.
