Topaz Video will not render from and to the in/out points. Was fine doing many files in the last few weeks but as from yesterday the rendering starts from the very beginning of the source file - rather unhelpful!
Some additional information - The audio is from the in/out points but the video is from the beginning of the source file - there’s something definitely wrong here?
Can you share the logs with the support team at help@topazlabs.com so we can investigate?
