Your recent upgrades are so slow that it is a waste of time… stopped using it… the time suck is not worth the value
Are you sure your hardware meets the technical requirements?
If you are on the minimum and the previous version worked for you, you can go back to the 1.5.x versions from the Releases page on this forum.

On top of this, there may be missing model files. Please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files.
Then rerun the installer. You can download a new installer from the downloads page directly. https://topazlabs.com/downloads/ Let me know if that works improves the speed.
