Topaz update may have disabled new Lightroom blur feature

The new Lightroom Lens Blur tool was working fine. After applying the latest Topaz updates, it is greyed out. I don’t know if these two things are related.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1: Install latest version of Lightroom
  2. Step 2: See if Lens blur and other new color adjustment features still work.
