Topaz subscription

i have the topaz sub but when i go to the appp the sub window pops and it tells me i have to buy but i already have a subscribtion

Some users are seeing this situation as the app is not completing the login and authentication process.

Click to log out completely from the Accounts tab and then log back in and that should clear it for you.

If not, grab the logs and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and we can investigate further.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
