Topaz Studio Won't open Image

Photo won’t open only Navigator, Histogram, and on side for presets see photo. I can change exposure or presets. Photo doesn’t show in center main window. I can send it back to photo shop with change.
I did an complete uninstall. No luck this has worked for years.

All other plugins open fine.
Note I did some photos by dragging image in. Others will not open. Should the lock be locked? I looked to see if I could undo the lock no luck.

Please open as a standalone and go to Help-> Graphics info., press Copy and paste the information here.

Also do you have dual GPUs on your Windows device? If you do make sure the high performance GPU is allocated to the .exe under Graphics Settings in the Windows Settings panel.

I took a look at the Graphics messed around with my Monitors. I did unchecked this area and everything seems to be working find.
