When I drag files over into Topaz Studio, all I get is a large white box in centre of screen, and some of the options thumbnails appear in the left or bottom columns (but not all).
Although my files are Olympus .orf files, the same thing happens with .jpg files!
Have uninstalled the programme and re-installed… still won’t work.
Does anyone know what’s wrong.
I’ve never had this programme working.
Here’s hoping.
