The changelog is very very short.  
What does “Added support for Topaz Photo update” mean?

Is this update a prerequisite for updating to the Studio versions?  
Does it have to be installed?  
What happens if you don’t install it?

I would say that Topaz’s information policy has left a lot to be desired in recent weeks.
