Topaz Studio crashes without dumpfile

What can I do to report a crash when there is no dumpfile like explained in Help & Troubleshooting ?

When I search an effect for “stars” the first effect is AI Clear Stars and Studio is trying to show the miniature but this error message appears :

I updated the graphicscard drivers but the same error is displayed…

The graphics informations are :

Topaz Studio Ver: 1.11.8
Operating System: Windows 10
Graphics Hardware: GeForce GT 220/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL Driver: 3.3.0
CPU RAM (MB): 16373
VRAM [Total, Used] (MB): 1024, 1024
Preview Limit (Pixels): 3000

I don’t know what to do… When using Studio with Corel PaintShop Pro 2019 64bits I must close it and re-open it in order to not crash completely the computer on a second attempt…

I am getting this error but not in any Topaz plugins. But only when I visit this website. All other websites are fine. Lightroom, Photoshop, Corel Painter, Topaz are all fine.

That is a old GPU and it is a NVIDIA Driver error and you will need to select a clean install when installing the current driver that is v342.01

Download it from the NVIDIA site and select a clean install … note also that the GeForce 200 series are unsupported graphics cards.

See the technical requirements here:

Thank you. Then I will uninstall Studio…
