All please take notice that your personal resources for Topaz Studio 2, that is Filters, Looks and Textures are located in your Documents folder on Windows:

That depends on the location the user chooses during installation. During the installation you are given the choice as to where you want the resources to be located, and also as a separate item, where the user content is to be located.
I chose for example to have both the resources and user content located in a single parent folder on one of my conventional hard drives, rather than my SSD OS system drive.

I chose the defaults as I have Documents and ProgramData / Program Files on my second SSD.
Only defaults for those that accept and may be confused because there LocalAppData for the old Studio 2 is different to the new.
