These buttons are too small, they are hard to hit with the mouse:

I agree that the buttons are small - but also the order they have been placed is a little bit unusual.
The delete button is normally on the right side of the 3 button cluster - it was in Topaz Studio 1 as well as some other editors. On at least a couple of occasions it has caused me to inadvertently delete a filter.
Those tiny buttons will be hard to hit on my tablet touchscreen.
