When I try to load a large file (48 MB) in Studio 2 I get a black screen. When I load a medium size file (24 MB) I get a grainy screen not representative of the photo. Any suggestions?
Please post the information copied from the Help-> Graphics info panel, press the copy button, then paste here. Also provide the pixel dimensions of the images that you are seeing the black screen.

You shouldn’t really have any problem but just check if your video driver is up to date from the AMD website. If it is raise a support request at the Topaz Labs website and they should be able to solve the issue…
